Our funeral home is family owned and completely family operated. Each and every family who calls us, regardless of the time of day, will be assisted by a member of our family. We believe that when you call our funeral home with a question, the last person you need to be dealing with is an answering service. We mean it when we say “We are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week”. Personal service and attention to details are our strong suit. Falconer Funeral Home was recently awarded the “Excellence In Family Service” by The Order of the Golden Rule, resulting from our independent customer service surveys.
